I just had this thought.

"How do you introduce evidence legally?"

By Trump calling what Russia is doing a holocaust it encourages them to try and convict Putin of war crimes and all the evidence can be brought in front of the entire fucking world

Or trump is a black hat and was "installed" by white hats to play a role. Which makes sense when Q says Barr is trumps guy.
