And guess what? No law has precident. That's why they pass new laws, because they don't already exist. That's what legislators do all day! They pass unprecedented laws.

It's a stupid cop out.

The US Constitution gives states PLENARY Power over elections. This means they can do absolutely whatever they want, including passing legislation to rectify stolen elections.
