Almost all the governments around the world seem to be infiltrated right now. The US government is definitely doing some bad things that a lot of its citizens do not agree with or even know about. So are most government around the world. And even though they claim to be adversaries publicly at times, they co-operate on evil projects like the Wuhan lab (US Deep State and CCP in that case). The governments are the baddies. The people of those countries are the ones being victimized.
