This article goes off the rails a bit when it talks about Hitler and The Third Reich. Based upon what I've found researching this, I believe this is an error confusing the concentration camps of the Soviets with the ones operated by Germany. Hitler threw out the bankers, and otherwise had no association with the Jews/communists.
