From the last sentence of the Discussion portion:

Ivermectin is likely to be an equitable, acceptable, and feasible global intervention against COVID-19. Health professionals should strongly consider its use, in both treatment and prophylaxis.

It is up to them to refute the data presented with other scientific data, not their opinion. Make sure they know that nothing else will be suitable for further conversation on the topic.
