Update: City of Lviv I’m seeing less than ten snaps on the public map. I don’t know this area. Looks like it’s on the border.

• lot of people on the street, night & day.
• at night fire in barrel with many people standing around.
• border crossing: many cars & big sand bags stacked.
• looks like they are passing out food or supplies.
• two snaps were loud alarms & said it’s constant for days.

Maybe it’s an area people are trying to leave Ukraine & cross the border. I’m not sure. Just last week the snap activity was normal goofy, food, drinking & together with friends; post with a few post of bomb shelters and empty shelves. Last week the majority of snaps were in Kyiv.
