I braved the Trojan warning and used the Q site to copy the original? photo that shows the pen with a possible Trump reflection. It looks like whoever it is, is wearing a hat with some kind of button on it. If anyone could track down a photo of Trump wearing a yellow tie and a hat with a button on it, that would be a pretty good indication it is the real deal.
If you put a little distance between yourself and the photo, your eyes will make it seem a little more distinct, and the hat appears to be a hard hat. I searched Google images and couldn't find one of Trump wearing both a hard hat and a yellow tie, but he could have had a hard hat lying around in the oval office and put it on when the photo of the pen was taken.
