There are various resources that can help you learn. Search out this term: 'Microexpressions'.

There are all kinds of training groups that teach this such as the Paul Ekman Group.

A good TV series to watch was called "Lie to Me" about a man trained in recognizing body language and microexpressions who would be hired to determine guilt in crimes and jury selection. It was entertaining and very instructional.

Another one that dealt with this was the TV series called "The Mentalist". Also very instructional.

Another YTube channel is called "Bombard's Body Language". She evaluates news clips and the politician's who are being filmed. Her insights are very instructional.

Look up this YTube video titled: "MICRO EXPRESSIONS in 4K - LIE TO ME Style Analysis - Micro Expressions Training like in Lie To Me".

This should get you started.
