Mouse over the word "hour" to see when the post was made to the second. You'll see this: 22:42:14 GMT. For those who don't do military time, that's 10:42 and 14 seconds PM, GMT time. If you have a different time zone, then use a converter.
Now, mouse over the word "hour" to see when the post was made to the second. You'll see this: 22:45:42 UTC. For those who don't do military time, that's 10:45 and 42 seconds PM, UTC time. UTC is the same time zone as GMT.
Since the time zones are the same, we can just subtract the time.
According to the data you provided, there was a difference of 3 minutes and 28 seconds between the GAW post and the Reddit post.
Which is... exactly what I already said. I may have said it was a few seconds over 3.5 minutes, but your sources in no way contest anything I've said here.
The Reddit screenshot show that it was made when the GAW post had been up for two minutes ("2 minutes ago"). So that means 1.5 minutes to press a screenshot button, to open a Reddit app, and to click "upload."
So... yeah. The short time difference was suspicious. But I can see the time difference as 3.5 minutes by the source you provided.
I didn't see any obvious similarities between the posting styles between the accounts despite looking for about half an hour. I didn't see anything in either account that was suspicious for the type of account they were holding.
I didn't see how the daily investment u/Oasis5150 has in the GAW account over the last month could possibly be worth a single uninteresting Reddit screenshot.
It's certainly not a compelling case when the single piece of evidence you have is an explainably short difference in the posting times and an unwavering belief that real Q people will not get frustrated enough to post like Oasis did. I don't ban people based on your hunches and an exaggeration that is disproved by the very source you offered.
Which you've done before.
I'm not taking further actions based on your hunches. I investigated, I spoke with the user, I dug through post histories, I established my rationale using hard numbers provided by YOUR sources.
And all this in the interest of GAW, since Reddit certainly wouldn't have been harmed by any of this.
I've done more than my part. As I always seem to do when interacting with you.
I don't need them to. I didn't have to respond at all and could have let you spin your wheels on this boringly by yourself. Nothing here affected Reddit in the least.
If you want to insist that I spent all this time and work humoring you just because I am secretly laughing at you for other social media (which... I don't actually have...), then I'll let you continue to work that out.
I was watching the first Q posts on 8chan, and I have more than enough invested here to justify my desire to keep this community stable and to engage with you respectfully.
I don't agree with Q on a lot of things, but I know he wanted thinkers, not zealots. Thinkers are allowed to look at evidence and disagree. Zealots are not. You need to reevaluate which role you're deciding to play here.
Eventually you’re going to recognize that the Socratic method is a mechanism used to understand, not persuade. Tell me if this feels like what Q had in mind:
You: What’s 2+X?
Me: There’s not enough information.
You: Answer, boy. 2+X.
Me: Uh, five.
You: Turn off your television.
Me: Six, then. There’a no way to prove this at all.
You: Stop listening to the media and answer. What is 2+X?
Me: Fifteen.
You: You really don’t know how to think for yourself. Look at this Q proof that says the answer is eight.
Me: You think Q has proven the answer to this question because he said the answer is eight?
You: Ah. Eight. Finally, you’re starting to consider the Truth.
Socratic questioners do not ask questions with the intent of closing doors on answers until by process of elimination they come to the answer you believe is correct.
Socratic questioners do not believe they have proven the right answer whatsoever. In fact, their position has nothing to do with their questions.
They ask questions with the hopes of understanding the other person’s position.
You tend not to even ask your own questions. Not ones you know the answers to for sure. Not ones Q ever proved he had the answers to, because future proves past.
Which is why I’ll wait to see if Q is proven right.
But it is admittedly exhausting dealing with all the arrogant misunderstandings of how Socratic questioning works in the meantime by people who believe they’ve figured everything out without ever demonstrating falsifiability or predictability.
Perhaps you are impressing people here with these tactics, but I’m promising it’s not as many people as you think, and certainly not anyone who is genuinely interested in the Socratic philosophies of understanding through questioning that Q espoused.
So, you've just provided a source that shows exactly what I was trying to explain, just more conveniently. Thank you.
