What she does not say is:

We also want to prosecute the people that arranged foreign research contracts for that which is illegal within the USA.

She'll claim it was legitimate research. The cover story was that the DoD funded it as part of the Biological Threat Reduction program and used EcoHealth Alliance as the contractor to do the work.

Wow. I didn't consider that but you're right. They outsourced their research to Ukraine because it was illegal here.

I really hope we see justice beyond suicide weekend.
