Anyone that has held out this long on the jab, couldnt possibly get it now. The covid narrative is fading away, the vax has been proven ineffective, the vax side effect cases are increasing, and much of the world has ended jab mandates.
A federal judge ruled that the Navy had to accept religious exemptions. Biden has appealed it to the Supreme Court so that he can continue to kick the unjabbed out of the military.
Err...you could be right and I could be wrong. I skimmed the article and may have missed that part. But if the SC rules against the SEALS I imagine Biden's next step would be to include the entire Navy.
If the Navy approves one exemption for sincerely held belief then denies the rest of the applications, that is 100% discrimination. You have to approve them all or disapprove all. I saw that either on the Thomas More Society or the Liberty Counsel website.
Because the SEALs won their lawsuit, everyone who was disapproved can go back and sue the Navy for religious discrimination. Or...those cases that were still pending, those would have to be approved.
I'm not a lawyer so double check everything I'm saying with actual legal professionals.

Is that for the entire Navy? I only read a headline thought it was just SEALS.

sounds legit to me. Pray SCOTUS doesn't trample their rights by overturning.
I think if it applies to one group it has to apply to the other?
So the exemption for WH staff and for Congress should apply to everyone.
