Learning Russian slowly. It is necessary outside Moscow. My children do a quite good job at helping out with the language. They definitely don't hate Americans, but now that the conflict has gotten more pronounced I make sure to show support for Russia so I don't wreck people's day.

It's a fight for the younger generation here too. A lot of mourning of the loss of McDonald's, argggh…
