Pull more cash, buy more gasoline, buy more groceries, etc.
Patera on Appalachia's Homestead said that, based only on the increase in the cost of chicken feed, she needs to charge $11.50 per dozen for her eggs. At that point, I don't think she will sell any more. There are farmers who won't be planting nearly as much because of the increase in fertilizer costs. It may not hit you this week, but food prices are going to the moon in a short time.
Which is why I grow as much as I can.
