You can't be infected with AIDS. AIDS is not a virus or bacteria. It is a reduced state of a persons immune system that eventually causes the person to die from many common things that normal functioning immune system easily fights off like Caposis Sarcoma. People can't be tested for AIDS like a test for a virus. HIV is a virus that kills the person's immune system and eventually is classed as AIDS.
