Q: Per USC 20701, election records must be retained for 22 months

This means that after Sept 2022, the states can legally destroy evidence of the crime of the century

How, without some sort of intervention prior to 10/22, could DJT ever convince people of the magnitude of the steal?

Agreed. That date creeps ever closer. I do believe, though, the WH will do something before that. While Trump may hope that states do the right thing and decertify, if that doesn't look likely to happen, the military will step in.
