Overview on what these ‘Dark Pools’ are… the name it self is quite ominous. At surface value, one can argue it would be a ‘good’ thing, but nothing that is hidden or obfuscate could be construed as ‘good’.

The main issue I have with these Dark Pools is the fact that it’s opaque, and there is no real time data tracking on flow.
