Did he really want to have a race of blonde hair blue eyed people? Did he really believe those genetic qualities were superior? I ask because..(and I don’t know why I never thought of this before until now so call me slow)….he’s not blonde hair blue eyed himself …

Well of course hitlers black. He's also the president of Angola and says he's a really nice guy. (Don't believe me... a man named adolf Hitler was literally just made president of Angola, and yes he's black)
