New York Court dismisses Smartmatic's 2.7 billion dollar lawsuit against Sidney Powell. The court held it had no jurisdiction over Ms. Powell. It also dismissed Smartmatic's suit against Fox host Jeanine Pirro. Sidney said: "The Court correctly analyzed and followed the law. All of the cases filed against me and Defending the Republic should be dismissed. "
This was just a way to save face for deep state dominion. All they wanted was the news stories of them going after Sydney Powell and others
Looks mostly like technicalities, but it's a positive step forward for Sidney and Pirro to not have to play defense on that front any more.
I thought we wanted discovery
Sidney is moving to discovery in other court cases. This was frivolous lawfare against Sidney.
