I know a bit about internet child porn police enforcement and can tell you, when you download it, the police typically re-read it off the users drive to perform a verification of the target. So, saying someone spoofed him wont work.

Eh.. between VMs and Tor Browsers, theyve pretty much found work arounds for this.

Plus destroying a drive is very easy. Screwdriver to get to the HDD disk and sand paper.

This was a significant method in the early 2000s though!
