I think he’s being misunderstood - he’s saying it had to be this way - that’s why he pointed out why Trump didn’t prosecute this not just them, but any of the DS, while Trump faces prosecution himself.
I mean if you put everyone in jail, bad things don’t happen either. If America adopted this process, you would bet the prisons will be filled with white males, whether they committed crimes or not.
