Doesn't appear they can fight it on substance, because they spent a lot of time ripping at "conservative lawyer so-and-so" and others associated with "the conservative group x-y-z" and the "baseless Wisconsin investigation", blah blah.

When they say 'baseless' you know it's completely based and worth pursuing.... LFG
