It's the Ukrainian national symbol. Consists of an Iron cross (Nazi Symbol) and design in middle is from the Bandera movement OUN (Nazi collaborators during WWII)

Been around a lot longer than 2014 friend - Started with the Khazarians then adopted andslightly changed to current form by OUN.
