Been wondering this week if this could refer to us/patriots finding out that WE (our country, at least) are the "baddies".....

A simple question:

What countries can get away with what?

Russia can get away with physically cleaning up Ukraine, no other countro could conceivable be able to do that job effectively without this being much worse.

What other things are there and what countries could get away with it/be the best choice for carrying it out?
