YES. DWAC is Truth Social and will soon become TMTG at the merger.

DWAC is a SPAC which was originally trading as a "Blank CHECK" company with NO business operation. The purpose of a SPAC is to FIND a business and MERGE so that the new business can trade on the open market without having to go through the IPO process. In Oct 2021 DWAC announced it's upcoming merger with TMTG and investors started piling in. Now we are all waiting to see what the future of TMTG holds. The libs say it will fail. Patriots say it will change the world. THIS is a explanation in a nutshell. All the other details can be read about by searching on the internet.
