It was in one of the recent filings (within the last week) that the name would be DJT. Sorry I can't point you to the exact page (the S4 is over 200 pages long) but its in there. If you go to the DWAC group on Truth Social it's been talked about a bunch as well.

We are extending the deadline to complete a merger. DWAC is set to merge with TMTG (Trump Media and Technology Group) We have been delayed due to the SEC "investigating" and other non-sense! DWAC has until Sept 7th, 2023 to complete the merger. This will extend us til 9/7/24. We shouldn't need that much time as we have worked out a deal with the SEC and most items are ready to go. We have only had one other extension. The vote for each extension goes on for a month or two so it is a long process. BUT we are almost done. WE will have ONE more vote and that will be for the MERGER! Hopefully that will be happening soon too!
