There are definitely some viruses that cause cancer.
Look into SV-40. It’s a cancer causing monkey virus (named because it was the 40th discovered simian virus) that was given to thousands of humans via contaminated polio vaccines.
It was found to cause cancer in animals, but no tests were done on humans (was that so they can say it has never been found to cause cancer in humans?)
In the years after, we saw an explosion in soft tissue cancers.
Not a doctor - just an observant thinking person here.
This adds weight to my long held theory that some cancers may actually be some sort of parasite.
Also not a doctor, but totally agree. Probably fungi related as well (in my non-doctor opinion).

Dr. Mary’s Monkey is a very interesting read.
