Some people a not very inclined to critical thinking.
I'd guess that that's actually powdered placenta. It's a common thing for people in general and mother's to think that eating the dried, ground up placenta is beneficial, though it's illegal in most places.
I have heard of the eating of the placenta... weird. In a hunter gatherer context, maybe. But we have nutritional supplements and grocery stores now.
Kim K did it. Had her placenta dried and turned in to pill form.
