Has anyone verified if this was, indeed, aired on Fox News? There is so much disinformation flying around, it's good to verify EVERYTHING. I just noticed that "UKRAINE" at the bottom, is a different font than the preceding "WAR ON", which seems to be a potential flag of a possible fake image.
