Anything you see on western media is fake af. I admit I dont know what exactly is going on, but I trust Russia at their word far more than the west
I believe a good starting point is to invert their conclusions and narratives.
Sort of like the Seinfeld episode when George started doing everything the opposite and it completely turned his life around.

You're not thinking critically if you just automatically take the opposite position of the MSM. If you just automatically take the other side, MSM is still directing and controlling your thinking, just in the opposite way. MSM does in fact report on true things at least sometimes. Use more discernment and don't just offload thinking about things to the MSM.
