True, but I think the issue lies in the fact that they made a public statement they would not renew after public pressure from lib organizations to remove them. We'll have to see what happens.

Don't dispute that's the issue, but I've never seen anything about contracts that says reasons for not renewing have a contractual effect on the decision.
