This is mere speculation on my part but I think BRICs will make a play to de-dollarize or to try to take out dollar as world reserve currency. This would be overall white hats strategy to take down the Federal reserve as well as the MOASS to take out their money launderers the banks.
Basically they will find yep US has bioweapons stuff and then they will make move against dollar.
