There is a place actually called Chyna but it's in Russia: https://geographic.org/geographic_names/name.php?uni=-4060138&fid=5243&c=russia

Not really a fan of this theory, seems like a huge stretch that he's referring to one of several places ending in "Chyna" in Ukraine, when there's other places ending in "Chyna" elsewhere and actually a place just called "Chyna" in Russia.

I also think it may be a stretch due to the pronunciation difference as well.

But the discovery that Ukraine, DARPA, and WIV were working together on certain projects is pretty massive imo.
