came here to say this. Without links, this is useless. Can't wake normies with this. We have no proof this was even used.
These images are interesting and all, but kind of useless as red pill material if the news report or article using them, claiming they are from current events (as well as the old article/clip) aren’t provided.
Looks like this photo is from Belgrade but I couldn't find any news sources using the same photo but in reverse pretending to be Kiev.

Second time I've seen this fake meme posted.
I did not post this but I looked up this pic and it gave a website to the World Socialist Website. When I clicked on it, the link errored out. I then did a random search on World Socialist Website and got this website https://www.wsws.org/en/search. I then searched for a photo but I couldn't find one. Maybe someone else could try, I may not be searching correctly.
