Exactly right. Ukrianes are killing people trying to flee Ukraine. Out of control nationalism on steriods. They see the people fleeing as not deserving to live. So they kill them and take thier vehicles and supply. The Russians are inside and moving deeper. The ukrianes are the ones policing the border for civilians and very light targets, all while hiding in fear if any Russian rumbles through. Coward tactics
