Another thread raised a question in my mind and while doing some research, I came across something I didn't know before. Compare the US F-22 to the Russian SU-57
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_Martin_F-22_Raptor
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sukhoi_Su-57
And then compare the F-35 to the MIG-35

Yes, there are some basic variations but overall, these are the same "technologies." To the best of my knowledge, no copies of the US planes have fallen into the hands of the Russians (in the timeframe of the Russian jets development,) so reverse engineering would not apply. I don't think copying, from visual and flight characteristics, would be possible either, because materials and avionics play such a large part in the strengths of our planes, and the Russians would only be able to guess at it.
Two conclusions, 1) Bush/obozo/mcstain shared this info with the Russians to keep US dominance in check 2) the Q team shared this with Russia knowing that one day we would be allied with them against the deep state.
I like #2 a lot.
The Russians are not stupid, even during the Cold War they were competent in many areas of technological development. In such areas as plasma research and lasers they seemed ahead of us for instance. It was no real secret that we were working on 'stealth', so were they.
Russia never has used just one avenue of research into any area tho. They always seek to spy or steal, then reverse tech it, sure. But they also do their own researches and from differing perspectives and approaches. Especially under the Soviets they didn't need approvals from a Congress or committee, just do it comrade. No engineering controls or added costs, just do it comrade. So they were active and quite competent, in many ways they were at least our equals.
The tech is the same that 'we' know of because psychics works the same for each of us. However the Russians also claim a bit more, tho I'm not sure we can verify any of it. They claim to not need coatings or radar absorbent materials because they can use a plasma field to disrupt electronics. Hmmm. Different avenues of research huh, and for all we know 'our' guys do too.
It doesn't 'have' to be the case that they stole it or bought it from the clintons, say. We know for a fact they got a 'lot' from hillary and bill, others like Mccain, as did china. Slick willie jump-started the chinks in fact back in the 90s, yeah.
But ultimately psychics works the same for us all, how you use it might vary but the psychics is same/same.
So a lot of things will be co-developed independently, if that makes sense. Unknown to each other, even.
For instance, before WWII the Germans developed the ME 109, it had extensions on the wings that automatically deployed to add surface area so the plane could turn better than it's wing profile suggested it ought to turn.
A few years later we put the same sort of system on the P-51 Mustang, because it made sense to do so, the psychics are the same so many designs find their way to being similar.

Here we see two Pepes flying similar planes from the 50s, one a Russian Mig the other an American Sabre. There are a few differences but notice the similarities, psychics forces designs to be what they are.
