To me, the message is somewhat conflicted.

Americans are continuously beaten over the head with the narrative that 'Putin is bad' and 'Putin is a liar'. Many Americans have come to believe this. This tends to undermine the message. The Biden sticker saying -- "I did that!" is working so well that any variation of it is going to be missed.
