I think she might be confused. Moderna has always had more of the RNA containing particles than Pfizer. There is also a different amount of active ingredient in the shots made especially for children. I think this chart is simply stating the different dosages that each of these different products contain. I do not believe this document is showing there were different amounts of active ingredient being administered randomly among adult Pfizer recipients.
I could be wrong, having trouble locating this Appendix Q on the AMA website.
EDIT: I just notice the comment above showing Appendix Q. After looking at it a bit I believe my first comment is correct. For example, vaccine code 91300 is the Pfizer Comirnaty product which is supposedly FDA approved (but not actually available in North America). The second entry 91305 is the emergency-use authorized version of the Pfizer product. The third entry 91307 is the Pfizer children's version. 91301 is the original Moderna product, 91306 and 91309 are two different versions of Moderna booster. Not sure why there are two different versions of that.
The only one I'm not sure on is 91308. Maybe that one is for the infant age group which hasn't been granted EUA.
Did she say it's "Appendix Q"?
Update: Yes, it's "Appendix Q"!
Yep, here it is u/#mikeyep
I don't know how I missed that. Thanks!
