Russia and China are no saints, but do they have biolabs in other countries conveniently close to their enemies' borders where they "study" the most dangerous viruses? Because thay is a next level shitty thing for the US to do. Probably would be no international problem if it was 1 facility on the outskirts of Houston, but when it is Kharkiv and there is evidence of trying to weaponize viruses based on ethnicity then that is kind of a big deal.
