I am testing out Aloha Browser and Private Search.
My basic test right now is to type in rt news just to see if it shows it. I don't really care about rt news but since this seems to be blocked by the main search engines, it's an easy test.
I have used opera in the past but it doesn't allow yandex search. Again, this is a test. Yandex is Russian based so if it isn't an option for search engine, I consider the browser to be censoring Russia. I don't care so much, it's just proof that the browser is censoring.
If yandex search isn't allowed or rt news can't be searched for and found. Try another combination.
From searX about - Why use searx?
*searx may not offer you as personalised results as Google, but it doesn't generate a profile about you
*searx doesn't care about what you search for, never shares anything with a third party, and it can't be used to compromise you
*searx is free software, the code is 100% open and you can help to make it better. See more on github
Qwant is too now
https://resulthunter.com/ A few people suggested resulthunter. Seems good. Still checking it out.
yandex is the least censored search engine by far.
Try for youself: search for the phrase "blonde braids" with anything other than yandex and then compare it to yandex

I also use Brave for android mobile web browsing.
I use dissenter browser on my PC.
Brave
Yandex, Swiss Cows. I have qualms about Brave, its promoted too much as a secure search... All I can say is I can't bring myself to trust it.
Brave (mentioned by other commenters) and Presearch both claim that they don't censor. Link: https://stillnessinthestorm.com/2022/03/brave-search-and-presearch-say-they-dont-censor-search-results/
There is also searX. Link: https://searx.thegpm.org/
