At night though and so many pretty much dead parallel? Was just before 9pm.

I'm in Fairfax I thought it odd enough while out smoking to run back in and grab my phone.

The upper most one I saw the plane while trying to get a shot, the lower ones were there with no planes in sight that made them.

Did look pretty cool though in the moonlight and all.

Yeah, not common, but I've seen them where they are perfectly parallel. You should match them up with the flight paths on ADS-B (next time you see them).
