Depends what you're looking for. Meta-studies? Specific trial data? Corruption in health ministries? Aapsonline.org is American Association of Physicians and Surgeons, and their site is rife with editorials from doctors, well-sourced articles and direct testimonials; medcram.com is continuing education for doctors, with a free covid course, each course being extremely well-done videos summarizing the latest studies and meta-studies. Haven't seen it in a while so not sure how they report on vaccines but they started out with healthy skepticism. Good luck.
