My understanding is that the spike protein is only a part of the coronavirus. The shot makes you produce the spike protein so that your body recognizes it and then attacks the actual virus. The problem is that the spike protein itself is a toxin, and anyone who got the shot is supposedly continually producing it, whereas the virus can be defeated by your body and will break down the spike proteins introduced. You are much worse off getting the shot than the virus.
I hope, at least in my case, what would have happened if I got a shot would have been worse. I guess I was confusing the spiked virus, with spiked protein.
There are more factors than just the spike protein in the virus and the shot. I think the virus can trigger latent or suppressed illnesses, but I would be way more worried about getting the shot, even with a rough go of covid. Have you tried quercetin and zinc or NAC?
I haven't done any post-covid treatment, other than continue D3 and C supplements, along with a daily multi-vitamin (taken every other day). I took extra zinc during covid, but haven't added additional zinc since then.
