The orientation and spin direction do matter in this symbol, and what is on that note matches the orientation and spin direction used by the Nazi party.

As with most sacred symbols it is a 2D representation of many interlinked and complex multidimensional concepts of Creation, and one of those is the state of Duality that we exist in currently so the direction matters very much.
