I disagree with Russia's approach.

By publicly hanging Nazis and Mercenaries... all you are doing is giving them a public platform (no pun intended). Besides, it's so old fashioned.

Create a laser guillotine. ZZZZZTT! 1/4th of a second, cauterizes both sides so it eliminates nasty spills and cleanup... and you're done.
