The desert is GREEN right now. I went out camping in the arid regions last month and it was amazing. A lot of pasture for the sheep and cattle stations. So if they have the ability to make it rain, and are in the outback, it's a lot more pleasant right now than usual trips to the desert. Which I wouldn't normally do in Summer as it's so hot (50C+ or 122F+), I was there it was low 30'sC or 86F. Really nice summer temperatures.

Higher carbon levels in the atmosphere also promote lush green hyper growth O:)
I think it's time we had water infrastructure from the wet coasts to inland Australia.
