I have no doubt that this scenario has been discussed by Joe and Ukraine. I agree there is no reason to actually do it UNLESS you are a normie who gets their "news" from MSM, who tells them Russia is desperate and losing.

Russia has exactly ZERO reason to use chemical weapons in Ukraine.
After all, they already established both air and sea superiority and they are winning. Why would Russia mess that up?
