I'd think it goes against the credibility of the letters. Why would the deep state allow someone who could be with the Alliance get near all of them long enough to personally hand each of them a letter?

Btw, could the maker of this meme not find better stills to show their shock? The faces here certainly don't look what I'd call shocked. They don't look happy, but who is all smiles and cheer and good moods at a funeral service? They certainly don't look shocked in these stills.
