This is a common biological research compound- There are many companies that sell it- I worked for one; MilliporeSigma, formally SigmaAldrich.
Adrenochrome is an oxidation product of adrenaline (ephinephrine, norepinephrine).
As in if you oxidize an epi pen it's technically adrenochrome.
Adrenalized Young Blood is a much better term to describe... you know... the thing.
