This is normal to him. He and his friends have been doing it all their lives. He's not kidding. He just wasn't supposed to say it out loud, but who cares? Those who voted for him will just pretend he was joking or something. Not to worry.

They already are, they’re saying it has to do with a provision in a bill that he has or will sign that has to do with revenge porn.

In Ohio, there is already a law that covers RP and classifies it as a felony. I would hope all states has this law on their books but who knows.
