As an adoptee myself I’m merely questioning the whole notion. The struggles are real no matter how big the smiles, how detailed the ultrasound pics nor how noble the intentions.
Is parenthood a God given right? Even if you would not be able to create a child under the circumstances of gay marriage?
There are no easy answers here. My question is where do we stop? Does anything go?
Dave Rubin seems like a really great guy, but do children need a mother? We know for a FACT that fatherless homes are problematic. Again, I’m speaking from experience.
Nothing wrong with having a child. To the best that I could know Dave seems like a good person.
True. Being a gay man doesn’t automatically make that dude a pedophile, but it doesn’t seem fair to the kids.
As an adoptee I didn't get to choose my parents either....one of them certainly turned out to be a shitheel, completely unfit to parent.
Where does it end?
No one gets to choose their parents, and there are more than plenty of shit head straight parents as well.
Correct.
